Hi admins. There is a small question. There is a problem with queue sorting.
In the queue, I need to see all the tickets (queue A), but 1 user has a different queue (queue B), and in the sorting properties I wrote to exclude him from queue A. But now tickets that are not assigned to agents are not displayed in this queue A ...
What can you recommend? Create a separate queue or you can somehow do it in the same queue.

You have to change the assignee part...
... and (assignee!= ... or assignee is empty) order by...
