JQL for Automation rule, comment on tickets that do not have a comment within x amount of days

Hoping to create an automation rule that comments on tickets that haven't had any comments on them in x amount of days.

What I have so far:

"Request Type" = "Report Customer System Issue (SL)" AND status = "Root Cause Undetermined" AND

What you are looking for is something similar to the "Resolve issues due to inactivity" automation that you can find in the library. Your query would look something like this:

"Request Type" = "Report Customer System Issue (SL)" AND status = "Root Cause Undetermined" AND updated < -5d

That would trigger the automation to trigger on issues that have not been updated in the past 5 days.
