I have the following description on a story:
Case # 00579722
Subject: New Community site - Customer Reference Field is not Editable
Organization: Hosted Data
I'm trying to run a JQL as:
(description ~ "\"Customer Reference #\"") or (description ~ "Customer Reference #")
However, since the description contains "Customer Reference", the JQL shows the story as a result and should not be within the JQL results. I want the JQL to ignore this story based on the description above.
This should have been a pretty simple JQL, but I've tried everything I can think of to clarify the JQL even utilizing the advanced search capabilities for the "Description" field
Does anyone have any ideas? Why won't the JQL validate the text correctly?
