When I am on my office network the templates appear in Forms but on my home network they do not. Need help working from home and want to use form templates.
Regardless you are working from home or in your office, you are accessing the same JSM site URL with the same user account. If not, then you are accessing different JSM site or you are using different user account.
JSM Form templates don't change by VPN IP setup.

I figured it out. When I VPN into the office I can see and use the templates in Forms. They appear to be tied to my office IP address. Not sure why, when they should be tied to whether you are authenticated or not with a valid subscription which I am. I think this qualifies a s bug.
