Hello all!
At times, our Jira Service Management agents have issues with how formatting is done in comments when responding to customers.
At times, once a comment is submitted (either internally or shared with customer) the text formatting will cause some strange issues; either text will be separated by spaces or tabbed to a new line further down. This happens especially when using bullets or number listing.
Also, when certain words are bolded, sometimes the bolding is not submitted and asterisks will appear before/after the word-as seen when users switch from the visual/text view.
Have others had issues with comment formatting, and are there tips, techniques, or best practices that help to resolve?
