Issues attaching files to tickets?

Hi! Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to attach image files to tickets? Nothing fancy, just small jpg or png's. A coworker said they were experiencing an issue and sure enough, I can replicate it on my end.

I don't see anything listed on the atlasian status page, is there somewhere else I should look for bug reports?

It looks like there is some kind of outage on Atlassian's side at the moment. We are having this issue as well and I've seen several posts in the past few minutes about attachments in tickets/comments/confluence.
