Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue when using customer tickets in the Portal, Here are the steps for recreation:
In internet browser (I’m using Chrome) open in one session multiple tabs
In one tab go to an open IT ticket and phrase a comment (do not save)
Jump to another tab and for example copy the address or take a screenshot
Go back to the tab with the started comment in the IT tab
draft comment is cleared
Is there a way to save the draft comment/content in the comment field, as it was working before?
