Issue with saving content in the comment field after changing tabs in the browser

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue when using customer tickets in the Portal, Here are the steps for recreation:

  • In internet browser (I’m using Chrome) open in one session multiple tabs

  • In one tab go to an open IT ticket and phrase a comment (do not save)

  • Jump to another tab and for example copy the address or take a screenshot

  • Go back to the tab with the started comment in the IT tab

  • draft comment is cleared

Is there a way to save the draft comment/content in the comment field, as it was working before?
