Issue with attached images on Service Desk tickets

Hi,

Apologies if my issue has been solved in the past but I couldn't find anything new about it.

I am facing an issue with our Service Desk tickets and I cannot attach any images.

When attaching an image it shows "Failed to load" and when I try to save my answer it shows this message:

failed to load.png

After I delete the attached images it saves my comment.

Could you help me with that?

is the file too large to be attached? What image format did you try to attach?

I tried to attach 3 PNG files, 31 KB, 36KB, and 45 KB respectively. 

In the past, I've attached longer PNG files without facing any issues, but not in the same ticket.

Okay, I see. In this case I cannot reproduce the bug and would suggest to submit a ticket to the Atlassian support.
