We had a problem with the license (it was payd after grace period) and, from them on, one of the service desk users can't acces to the project in the Jira Service Desk appliance. We need help with that. I've tried to contact with you before, but I think our contact account (sistemas@soltec.com) is not longer active. Can you contact us to "juan.perez@soltec.com" or "informatica@soltec.com" instead?

did you try to contact Atlassian via the licence page on their website? This is the Atlassian community & while some Atlassian might be around here, it's mainly supported from users / customers like you.
