Hi @Kishor Mudhili

So within an automation rule based on issue creation, you would need to check if the issue is a sub-task, then you need to retrieve the paren and then you are able to copy informaiton from the parent.

Hi @Kishor Mudhili , do you want to bind the operation to any action like "Parent issue updated"?

Kishor Mudhili February 23, 2024

no. I don't want to sync anyting between both issues.  only when I tried to create ticket from Parent- all parent information ( perhaps Selected field ) should be copied to child issue.

@Kishor Mudhili ok, so you already have an automation which creates subtasks, is that correct?
