When we install it that say
''Unable to install Cost Tracker by Tempo. Unfortunately, we're facing a technical issue with the partner. You can contact the partner to know more about the issue.''
After creating the ticket on Tempo their team saying its an issue with Atlassian.After creating a ticket with Atlassian they said us we cant have technical support because we dont pay for all the jira product.
But still that product will not be free and we will be charged for
Anybody know from where that issue coming ?

Welcome to the community. Your JSM subscription based on your posting is free, and when you utilize add-ons - typically it is under a trial (free) period for you to trying out the add-on. I seems that you did reach out to the vendor for their team for technical assistance, and they stated it was a problem on Atlassian side.
This could happen due to some possible network issue. Have you tried to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to ask them to see if the backend logs showing any further details on the add-on installation failure>
Were there any detailed error messages you got when installing the add-on?
