Hi guys,
When somebody send the email to our 'Default email account' x@keymakr.atlassian.net,
Jira creates issue type request = 'New Feature'.
How to make it to create 'Support' instead of 'New Feature'? What is the way to do it?
thanks!
@Roman Zolotarevskyi You will have to setup a new request type that uses support as the issue type instead of new feature. You will then need to set that request type as the email channel request type https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/choose-a-request-type-for-email-requests/
Additional information can be found here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/receive-requests-from-an-email-address/

@Roman Zolotarevskyi Once a request type is created you can not change the issue type. You will need to create a new request type and associate that with the support issue type as I explained above.

@Roman Zolotarevskyi Can you accept this answer so others having the same issue will be able to find the correct information?
