I have created a few test tickets and selected organization "test". I have selected the reporter "anonymous" for example or someone who is not in the organization. When I search for tickets on test organization I find the tickets. But I want to click on the open tickets in the customer overview to see all the open tickets but that doesnt work. (the filter is reporter in organization) Is there a way to generate organization overview (without the reporter in..)

When viewing the tickets by clicking on “View open” or “View closed”, it will return only tickets created by customers that belong to that organization.
