Is this possible to add an Excel document to a Jira Form in JSM ?

Hi everybody !

I am looking for an easy way to insert an Excel file at the end of a Jira form.

I would like users to first fill different fields of the Jira form in which the file is attached, then, to download the excel file (when it's empty), so that the user can fill it then download it as attachment to the form once it's filled.

Can anyone propose a solution to do it ?

Hi @Caroline SCENI ,

I don't think it is possible to implement what you describe.

For a customer, I implemented the following scenario.

• I added an Excel file to the Confluence Knowledge base
• In the form, I added a link to this Excel file
• The customer is able to download the form, fill it, and add it as an attachment to the form.
