Hi,
We already use Confluence. Can we use our main Confluence to provide knowledge based functionality to Jira SD, or do we need to purchase a separate Confluence license?
Hi @Didem Aksaray ,
You can absolutly use your existing Confluence as the knowledge base on your JSM. In the project settings you should have the ability to link a knowledge base which would be a space on your Confluence.
An application link will need to be created.
Hi @Dirk Ronsmans ,
Thanks for your answer. I followed the steps on the page you shared but when I want to choose a Space from the list, it looks like JSD cannot find any space. We're using JIRA on premise so our Confluence is also on premise, on the other hand JSD is on cloud, would it be the reason why I cannot find any of our Spaces in the list?
