Our business users have asked if we can prevent users from editing the ticket fields once the ticket is created. Currently, users can open the ticket and change the information in the fields. Is there a way to change this and make these fields static after ticket submission? See the attachment for reference.

Put your read-only field only on the Create and/or View Issue Screen.
