Is there a way to change the Standard view for the Portal of a Jira-User

So if a User created a ticket, he can see this ticket in the overview. I want to change the columns.

Can I do this? And how? Important: for all Users (all or selected) and all new Users, selected by Organisation, Mail or anything that is possible.

Hi @Jonida Malaj when you're talking about "the overview", what do you mean exactly?

The queue, the board, the dashboard?

Changing the columns of a queue will affect the view for all agents.
