Is the work log tab is available to team managed project is Jira Service Management?

I am trying to add the work log tab in a team managed project at the JIra Service Management, however, I'm able to find the add-ons in the administrator page.

Even though we are using On-Prem Jira/JSM env (where worklog is a default functionality), I believe in the CLOUD env (now) that it is already available -

• Add the "Time tracking" field to an Issue Type in Next-gen Project settings.
• Log time and Time remaining from the Issue View
• Have logged time show up in the Worklogs

You should also check to ensure your JSM project's permission scheme "Time tracking permissions" is properly defined.  See example below -
