Opsgenie is available with the standard plan - but there are some limitations.  

If you go to this link for JSM Pricing, and scroll down to IT operations management, you'll see the differences.

I'm confused, this what I saw about OpsGenie pricing, so assumed it was an additional cost to ITSM;

Looking at the JSM Pricing link you supplied, it would definitely imply that OpsGenie is included in the ITSM plan.

I think you can buy Opsgenie as a standalone product, which is where the pricing comes from - but it is included with JSM.
