I would like to know if it is possible to sort Articles within a Category.
We would like to organize articles in a specific way in our support portal, but it looks like I only have the option to sort Categories in my service project.
Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve?

It's not currently possible to sort articles within a category, and we definitely feel the pain from that too!
The arrangement is now determined by when each article is updated. We've gone so far as to "update" older, important, evergreen articles so that they will appear at the top of the list. 🙁
