When we receive a ticket in our JSM and we reply on it (we've got our Office 365 mail connected), it takes around 5 minutes to receive the Email in the inbox of the client.
Is it possible to reduce this? Would be great that if we press the submit button in JSM the client receives the reply within 30 seconds (just like Zendesk and Freshdesk).
