Assume I am maintaining a service desk in which customer requests come in and by default they are restricted to the customer that reported them.
Some requests should be exposed for all to see, while others should remain private.
Can the share settings be configured for public access on a per-request basis?

I thought of that but wouldn't that expose the agent view of issues? I am looking to expose requests in the portal.
