We need to integrate Call center application(https://nautilus-network.com/features/#callcentre\) with Jira Service desk. I haven't found any add-on which satisfies this integration currently. Is there any way in achieving this integration with REST API calls by assistance with Jira team? or else how much will be pricing for achieving this integration with Jira?
Need to integrate Outsystems(https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/11/Reference/OutSystems_APIs\) with Jira for ticketing flows. Can this be achieved with Opsgenie?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
