In JSD is it possible to Edit the screen presented to Portal users (Organisation and Customers) to include not only the Status (Resolved) but also the Resolution (Fixed, Cannot Reproduce, etc) state?
@Jon Watts this is not possible, But you have to do this manually.
You can do one thing. In all request fields add a custom filed naming status.
As the create screen fields can be seen on customer portals.
whenever the support engineer will close or resolve the ticket ask the support engineer to manually add the status as same as resolution. In this way you can show the resolution to customer in name of status.
