Is it possible to get a health check of our existing Jira Service Management Setup

I am just starting with a company which has been using Jira Service Management for a few years. Does Atlassian offer a health check to see whether we are doing it optimally for our situation? I see things that I think are not optimum, but I have not been using Jira long enough to really be an authority.
