I have created a new ITSM project and I want to customize the customer service portal that my users access to submit tickets. Specifically, I would like to edit the categories such as common requests, computers, logins and accounts,.etc.
Can the customer portals be customized or are you basically stuck with the given categories?
Welcome to the community. Yes you can customize your portal's request types (= Categories) . Here is the link from Atlassian regarding to Request Type management -
