Is it possible to create different customer permissions for different channels?

The current scenario is, my customer permissions is set to "Customers my team adds to the project" for access to the Portal and sending requests. Now only the added customers can raise request either per email  or the portal. 

 

What is needed: anyone can raise a request per email and only customers my team adds to the project can access the portal. Is this possible?
