Yes, this is possible now with some limitations (for example, you have to use a two-level subdomain). You can find more information on these pages:

Hello, I managed to configure the custon DNS for my Jira products, but the portal for my customers to open tickets is still working with the Atlassiam address

Is the domain already active? Is there still any configuration left?

@Rodrigo Buch New DNS records may need a few hours to fully populate, so you should try again in a couple of hours. If it still doesn't work, it may be a good idea to create a ticket with Atlassian Support in this case.
