Is it possible to auto assign a user to an organization based on email domain?

Edited

Is it possible to auto assign an organization based on email domain?

Where the user is newly registered from an email domain that is not known to us

  1. User self registers to our JSM
  2. JSM identifies the domain part of the email address
  3. JSM creates an organization based on that domain
  4. JSM assigns that user to the organization just created

Where the user is newly reigstered from an email domain that is known to us

  1. User self registers to our JSM
  2. JSM identifies the domain part of the email address
  3. JSM identifies an existing organization based on that domain
  4. JSM assigns that user to the organization already created

An email domain "known to us" means that there are other users already registered with the same email domain.
