Customers cannot see a custom queue (it is for agents) in the customer portal. I'm using a free app called Charts and Reports.
which allows displaying charts and data through the customer portal. Try that.

Can you define in more detail what you mean by Queue for a customer?
A queue is a feature for a licensed JSM Agent to manage their day to day work and not something available on the customer portal.
if they don't work with the portal but don't have a JSM license they'll also not be able to see it as it is a product feature they need to license.
So maybe if you elaborate a bit on what you want to have we can find a solution.
