We're having a reflexion about using Jira service management as ITSM for our company.
Thing is that some of our customers needs to see requests from their team, is there any way to do it without giving them an agent account ?

Customers need to be a part of same organization to see the other users requests.
You can also use Automation to add organization.

Yes, you can share the request among the customer with the help of orgarnization.
