Is analysis of service requests using AI to create categories on the roadmap for development?

As I understand it, categorising requests requires manual creation of categories and manual allocation of those categories to request.

I would think that with sufficiently detailed requests it would be a great use of AI to automatically tag requests with categories as a starting point for analysis, with manual intervention available if necessary (or even as suggested for requests the AI is unsure of the category).
