Is JSM able to create comment for issue from email sent by agent?

Hello community,

I have searched web for answer to this question but all I found is that JSM is able to process emails from customers. Is it the same for agents?

Short answer: Yes it is possible. 

You can use a mail handler (although the documentation link is for cloud, you can also use it of server) to process new emails as comments
