Insight schemas and object search

I am trying to come up with a solution for a "Real estate" schema

I want to have a schema containing 4 types of objects
Building (with the City object attribute)
Floor (with the Building object attribute)
Location (with the Floor object attribute, I also have a User object attribute)

How can I create the relations between the objects in order to have a search that will displays for all my Location object, its references: Floor, Building and City

I tried different approach but the results are never what I want to see.

How can I do this ? Any pointer will be appreciated.

Hi @Carmen Nadeau ,

I believe the answer you are looking for is mentioned on this Import objects into Insight in Jira Service Management document.

I believe you should look for Object mapping attributes.

Hope this helps

Hi Artur,
