Insight field and changing the filter on Agent View

Hi!

I have an Insight field that filters on the portal form for currentUser() so they only see locations they work in.  However, once the issue is submitted and gets to a Service Desk member I need Service Desk team members to be able to see all the location objects in that Insight field.
