I'm setting up insight in Jira cloud version and noticed there is no LDAP import option? Does the import have to be done manually or will there eventually be a way to schedule automatic sync process?

We were communicating about this with Atlassian's support yesterday.
To have all users as objects in Insight schema, you need to export all users from user directory and import them using CSV, where you will reference "Jira User" attribute with ID from the database.
Updates need to be handled manually now.
But according to this comparison table, LDAP import is a priority area for future development cycles.
