Information on the new ITSM Certification ACA-910

Hey Guys,

I wanted to get advice prior taking the exam for the ACA-910, are there any must that needs more attention while studying for it, I recently completed the ACP-620, for a beginner it felt a bit overwhelming but manged to get it, so since this time Atlassian provided an entry tier on the Service project side I wanted to go for it.

Let me know if there any topic that needs extra care.

I recently completed the ACA-910 exam and can share some advice! Given that you’ve handled the ACP-620, you're on the right track. For ACA-910, focus on understanding Jira Service Management features deeply, especially workflows and automation. Spend extra time on SLA configurations and reporting since they are crucial. Yes, I have just finished this course and will revise prior the exam too, just was wondering if Atlassian offers any official practice test to get familiar with the exam.

@Aaron Micallef No, there are no practice test questions for the associate certifications. But if you did the learning path courses, you should be in good shape. Tell us how you did after you take the exam. Good luck. You can do it!

This will largely depend on your personal experience and the level of knowledge you've acquired so far. However, if you've followed the Atlassian learning path, you should be well-prepared and encounter no major issues. :)

I passed ACA-910 today and I think if you're finding jsm fundamentals easy, then you have a good chance. Don't forget 30% is ITSM questions but the learning path Walter mentions above will help you with that.
