I have a question concerning image display. When a custom inserts a picture in the front-end portal of Servicedesk, the picture is displayed correctly (fig. 1 below).
When you open the ticket in the back-end of Servicedesk, the image is displayed at full width and not as thumbnail (see fig.2 below).
Does anybody knows the cause of this and knows how this problem can be solved?
