I have a problem with the view screen on the customer portal. The order of the fields on the create issue screen and on the portal are the same, however, when the issue is created it displays fields in the incorrect order, specifically the Insight Object custom field. Do you know what the problem is?
I thought maybe the order of dynamic fields causes this problem, but after I ordered them as on create screen, the problem wasn't resolved.
