Hi Everybody,
after inserting a mandatory two level cascade selection list, I am no longer able to get a ticket automatically by eMail and I get this error:"Configured request type has too many visible required fields".
Anyone knows how can I workaround this?

you cannot have required fields on the request type associated with email requests. you can add it to other request types in the portal. Email request only support Summary (subject) and Description (body).
You are right, I hidden the mandatory two level cascade selection list and put a default value, now work fine.
