Incident Data Gathering

Morning all,

We have several users that are not providing details for us to assist in fixing issues. I was wondering if there was a way that we could set something up that would be similar to a template that they complete with all the details that is then loaded into the system and align to the fields so we have more details in order to get back to them with answers.

You can add fields for customer portal. Please refer the doc. to add fields
