In JSM i don't have project access in Project view of Jira even i am not able to see the project as well.
Because i have removed the access for specific user but still i am able to access the project and i can create the issues in the customer portal.
Can some one will help me out i want to restrict the access for customer portal as well.
Is this possible in Jira Service management.
