Implementing SMS and Email notifications

Hi community.

Is there any way to have SMS and email notifications in Jira service management, the following to be included:

1- Sending emails/SMS to customers

2- in case of failed emails/SMS they will be resent.

3- status of the sent email/messages (read, delivered, etc..)

4- conditional email/sms messages based on screen fields values.

HI,

for Email it is already OOB you just need to modify your notification schema if you have certain requirments,

for SMS you can create webhook to conect to your SMS provider once the condition is met 

aslo you can create automatin rule to send to webhook to send SMS
