If a user raises a ticket, can I cc another user from the same organisation in my response?

I often have users raise tickets and later in the conversation we need to bring other members of their organisation into the conversation.

Assuming those other users already have an account with us, how do I bring them into the thread of conversation?

Hi @Jess Pelizzari 

Sure we can do that, there is one field "Request participants" -> add email id of the users to that field already existing in instance.
