I customer is in constant problem logging into our jsm. I have tried everything except removing him from the customer portal and reinvite him to join. If I remove the customer are all his issues lost?
Another question: If I can see the issues after the customer has been removed can I reenter the customer as a reporter so he can see his/her issues again?

If you remove the User A from Jira the existing issues of UserA will be there with Inactive
For Another question : If the user is having Jira access then you can add him as a reporter then only you can filter the issues of the reporter
