First of all don’t delete the users. You should simply revoke their access. There’s rarely I need to actually delete a user. The only exception being, in my opinion, is if you have a duplicate user. In that case I find all of the duplicates and assign them to the user ID that will remain then I delete the duplicate. Now to answer your question more directly if you were to delete a user that is assigned issues or a watcher or in some other user pick her field I believe but I’m not positive that it will go to unassigned or the default value for the field.
Hi @Jack Brickey I have a similar scenario where there's a duplicate user. I bulk swapped all the assigned tickets to her new account. However, I'm unable to swap the tickets that she has created. So if I delete her old account, will the old tickets which she created remain or be deleted?
