Hi,
I'm configuring a Jira Service Desk right now and i'm looking for a way of identifying the customer's company by his email address or anything else, the scenario:
The customers will rise tickets in our JiraServiceDesk and the support agent needs to find out exactly what company is that client.
Looking at the email domain is not a solution, we need something like when the client raises a ticket, some information about his company, we have to be displayed automatically.
Is there such a thing? Any solution free or paid will help alot.
Thanks.
Have you looked at either of these - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=Customer%20profile
Have you looked at Tinker for JSD it allows to associate domain with Customer Organizations that auto registers new customers to organizations based on their email domain
