After going back and forth for the last 24 hours and reading all documentation, can someone tell me what I am missing?
First, I am a Jira and Insight Admin for Cloud. I have an object schema with object types and objects set up. I have references and asset type configurations set up.
BUT only a small handful of my objects are showing up in the "Linked Asset" issue field in my ITSM Project in Jira Service Management. Why?! They also show automatically in a drop down, but I can not type in two letters to search for any of my objects, none are found.
