Is there a way for a user to raise a request on behalf of someone whey they are logged into the portal? When they are not logged in a required field shows that requests them to enter an email address. Once they are logged in this field no longer displays. Is there a way to get a similar field to populate after a user is already logged into the help desk?
People that are Agents (occupy JSM licenses) are able to raise requests on behalf of other users. Customers can raise issues only on behalf of themselves.
