I have one service desk project which we are using for Service Request and Incident Management.
But our customers are not much technically strong, so we are thinking to use the Jira Cloud Mobile app as a Customer Portal. Is there any possibility to use Jira Cloud Mobile App as a Customer Portal?

The Atlassian app doesn't support the Jira Service Management portal.
However, you can try Mobility for Jira. It comes with a feature-rich Jira mobile app and Jira Service Management portal app. The portal app is easy to use and is used by many non-technical users. It comes with other mobile specific features like signature capture, QR code scanning, etc.
